CAPE YORK SPORTSFISHING BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY

By making booking with us you agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Travel Insurance

CYSF cannot be held responsibility for change of mind, missed flight connections, cultural reasons, damage to personal belongings or loss of property.

Payment

  • If you book more than 60 days out, all bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total Tour Cost.
  • The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the start date.
  • If you book less than 60 days out, you must pay the total Tour Cost upfront.Cancellation Policy• 12 months or more prior to booking arrival day there are No Cancellation fees.
    • Any cancellation by the Customer must be made in writing and received by CYSF 60 daysor more prior to booking arrival day.
    • Upon notification these booking dates will be reopened and if another group takes yourcurrent booking position and CYSF resell the Tour, we will return the balance. If the Tour

    will not be reselled, then Deposit is forfeit.
    • If you are a part of Fishing Group of 3 pax and only 1-2 people turn up, then they are

    responsible for making up the charter cost difference.
    • If the Tour is cancelled by CYSF due to unforeseen circumstances, CYSF will issue you a

    credit note for your deposit, which will be valid for 12 months from your trip date.

    Health & Safety

    • Please advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions or existing health and fitness issues and of any medications that may be required in the case of emergency.
    • Please advise of any dietary requirements and allergies 30 days or more prior to booking arrival day.
    • Fishing in the open ocean can be a dangerous activity. You need to follow the rules and directions onboard.
    • Illegal drugs not permitted on Albany Island and CYSF vessels at any time.MediaCustomers may be filmed / photographed during the trip for promotional purposes.
      Any person who has concerns regarding use of images should discuss the matter with CYSF before the Tour starts.Tide Dependant LocationAccess to our location is tide dependant, arrival and departure times for all activities revolve around this as it does in most coastal locations. Any times lost waiting for tides is accepted as normal practice.

      Equipment

  • CYSF will supply all fishing gear, bait, and tackle which you will require for the Tour.
  • You will be responsible for any loss or damage to any equipment caused by negligence,irresponsible behaviour, or failure to comply with rules or directions.
  • You can supply your own equipment if it is in safe and functioning condition.

We highly recommend that all our Customers obtain Travel Insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
