TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A completed booking form and non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to make deposit and final payment as per the Cruise Confirmation & Payment Order, issued at time of booking, shall entitle Wildcard Luxury Cruises to cancel a booking.
FINAL PAYMENT
We require the Final Payment no later than 90 days prior to your departure. Failure to pay final payment by due date will result in the cancellation of booking and forfeit of deposit.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR SHARE CABIN
Accommodation is based on twin share occupancy. Single passengers may reserve sole use of a cabin for an additional 50% of the per person rate. Alternatively, if traveling alone you can also choose to share your cabin with a same sex room-mate and the single supplement fee will be waived. If we do not book another passenger into your cabin you will have sole use of the cabin at no additional cost. *Conditions apply
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to departure a 100% cancellation fee applies.
INSURANCE
We strongly advise that at the time of booking you take out comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance. Medical ailments or accidents during the trip should be reported to the Captain immediately. Clients must bear the cost of any emergency, medical or rescue service summoned at the discretion of the master of the vessel in relation to illness or injury of the client. Travel insurance adequate to the eventuality should be arranged prior to boarding.
PASSENGER WELL BEING & RESPONSIBILITY
The passenger declares a full understanding of the nature of the cruise and the range of activities contemplated by the passenger, including off-vessel activities such as excursions in the vessels tenders. The passenger declares and agrees to Wildcard Luxury Cruises:
That they will effect sufficient travel insurance
That they have disclosed any physical or mental conditions requiring special attention That they accept the risk that they may suffer from seasickness
ITINERARY
Whilst the published itinerary can be used as a guide, due to weather, tidal movements and the nature of cruising in the Wildcard itineraries may be subject to change. Each evening on-board your cruise the Captain will discuss the coming days planned activities and experiences and you will have the opportunity to discuss the activities and ask questions.
LIABILITY
The nature of the expeditions offered are conducted in a remote wilderness area and means that in some places and under some circumstances passengers may face dangers and discomfort. Should this happen each passenger should be prepared for and accept the risks involved with a trip of this nature. While all due care is taken by Wildcard Luxury Crusies to avoid unnecessary risks, ultimately all responsibility for damage or loss of personal property, illness, accident or death, lies with the passenger.
Wildcard Luxury Cruises does not accept any liability for losses, costs or expenses suffered as a delay in delivery of services due to an unexpected event or prevailing weather conditions.
We accept no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by passengers due to circumstances beyond our control. Liability breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, force majeure, war, industrial dispute, civil unrest, natural disaster, act of God or unforeseen circumstances will not be accepted by Wildcard Luxury Crusies.
