  • Standard Gear: 99% of our locations provide fishing gear for you to use, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful day on the water.
  • Upgrade Options: Some locations offer the ability to upgrade to premium gear at your own expense. While the most expensive gear might not significantly improve your catch, it can offer enhanced performance and aesthetics (perfect for those trophy photos!).

What’s Included with Your Overall Experience:

  1. All Meals: All of your meals are included in all remote fishing adventure packages.
    • Special Diets: With advance notice, meals can be tailored for most allergies or specific food preferences.
  2. Non-Alcoholic Beverages: These are included at most locations and include an ample supply of water (H₂O) – essential for staying hydrated during your fishing adventures.
    • Note: If basic non-alcoholic drinks aren’t available at a specific location, you’ll be notified beforehand.
    • Special Requests: If you desire premium non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., World’s Most Expensive Water), or specific brands like Fever-Tree tonic water, we can arrange to have them pre-ordered and ready for your arrival. Please provide us with ample notice (ideally before the day prior to your charter) to ensure we can accommodate your requests.
  3. Flight Priority: When booking regional flights with us as part of your fishing charter package, we ensure the airline is aware of your connection. This means you’ll receive priority if any flight changes or disruptions occur, minimising the risk of delays impacting your fishing adventure.
    • Note: While we strive to protect you from disruptions, it’s important to understand that extreme circumstances (e.g., weather) may still cause delays.
  4. Clothes Washing Service: Every location will have some type of clothes washing service available.
    • Schedule: You’ll be provided with a timetable indicating when your laundry can be done.
    • Luggage: Most locations do not have strict luggage restrictions. However, if you’re travelling on a small charter flight or helicopter with weight limitations, the cleaning service ensures you won’t have to worry about wearing dirty clothes.
  5. All transfers to and from the airport and boat. We’ll take care of getting you to and from the airport and your fishing vessel, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition throughout your journey.
  6. Accommodation: Your accommodations are included in the package.
    • Room Types: Depending on availability and your group’s needs, rooms are typically twin-share, triple-share, or quad-share.
    • Upgrades: Some locations offer premium accommodation upgrades for an additional fee. We will let you know if this option is available at your chosen destination.
    • Linen: All necessary linens are provided, including towels, sheets, and blankets. There’s no need to pack your own.

What’s Not Included:

  • Commercial Flights: These are not included in the package and need to be booked separately.
  • Private Charter Flights and Helicopter Transfers: While we can help arrange these services, they are not included in the standard package and will incur additional costs.
  • Premium Drinks: If you’d like something beyond the basic beverages, you’re welcome to order in special drinks at your own expense.
  • Alcohol (Booze): This is not included in the package. However, many locations have licensed bar facilities, and some offer a convenient service where you can pre-order from a local bottle shop and have your drinks delivered and chilled for your arrival.
  • Personal Toiletries: You’ll need to bring your own toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

  • Sleep Apnea Machines: Due to the remote nature of our fishing locations, 24-hour electricity isn’t always guaranteed. While we make every effort to maintain power throughout the night, there may be occasional interruptions. Illegal Substances Are Strictly Prohibited: Many of our fishing destinations are located in or near remote communities with zero tolerance for illegal drugs. Possession or use of illicit substances can lead to serious consequences, including the involvement of local authorities. If any illegal substances are found in your possession, you will forfeit your trip and be responsible for all associated costs, including removal from the location. Depending on the severity of the situation, the entire charter may be cancelled, impacting everyone’s experience. This is not a judgment on personal choices, but a necessary measure to protect the well-being of our guests, staff, and the communities we visit.
