Metre barra, on purpose.
Neap tide charters built around one job: finding barramundi over 100 cm and putting a cast in front of them.

The line we fish for
Our best week in 2026 landed 15 fish over 100 cm.
The target
Biggest fish of 2026

We only fish the neaps.
Every charter starts the day before the quarter moon, so the whole trip sits on the smallest tides of the month. Less run in the water means the big fish settle where you can find them, see them and cast to them.
If a week does not line up the way we want, you and your guide agree on a Plan B together.
Every date on our calendar is booked around the best tides and times for big fish. Ask us which ones suit you.
Hunting fish you can see.
The boats carry everything needed to get the job done. It changes the fishing from casting at likely water to picking out a single big fish and working it.
Live sonar at the bow
Forward facing live sonar shows individual fish in real time, their size and which way they are sitting. Your guide calls the cast and you put it there.
Quiet on the fish
An electric motor with GPS anchoring holds the boat in position without dropping anchor or starting the outboard.
One angler, one fish
When sight targeting, the guide works the front of the boat with one angler at a time. On snags and hotspots, you both fish together.
This is a skill, and it can be taught. Five and six day trips give you the time to learn it properly and work as one with your guide.
