I know I’m making a bit of a joke of this and using extremely unflattering photos from a mate’s wedding in China. Apart from the upset that airlines are creating at the moment by cancelling and rescheduling flights, the biggest issue in the past 12 years has been individuals and or groups missing a flight. I was sitting at the gate and never heard the flight get called. But I did not notice that everyone around me had gone. For example, that cost a client last year $4000 and a day and a half of their fishing adventure was missed. As I keep banging on about, it’s better to wonder what to do with your time at the airport than wishing you were there.
