The Berkeley River Lodge’s restaurant, Dunes, combines flavours as rich as the scenery. It offers unprecedented views across the expanse of the Timor Sea and the impressive backdrop of the Berkeley River mouth, Reveley Island, and the spectacular Kimberley coastline.

The Berkeley River Lodge offers a casual yet decadent dining experience featuring breakfast and lunch cooked to order and degustation dinner menus teamed with a fine selection of Australian wines.

Fresh bread is baked daily to guarantee only the freshest is served. If you prefer, you can request your own culinary style, and our Executive Chef, Issy Loving, is open to recreating your favourite dish (with his own twist, of course!).

Only the best quality ingredients are used, sourced globally by our Chef (e.g., organic stone-milled polenta from Italy, 300-day grain-fed Black Angus from Armidale, NSW, Oak barrel-smoked Salmon from Tasmania, and a selection of fine Australian and European Artisan cheeses).

The Lodge’s cultured yet discerning service amid a casual environment welcomes you at every meal. Our resident sommelier will ensure your meals are complimented with wines to enhance the flavours on the palate.

4WD ADVENTURES

A must for photography enthusiasts, our 4WD tours take in sweeping ocean views, curious rock formations and native wildlife in the early morning and late afternoon, when the colours and contrasts are at their most spectacular.

A leisurely drive along the beachfront. Marvel at the beautiful light, cool sea breezes and a chance to spot a local resident such as saltwater crocodiles, seabirds, and sometimes even sharks that swim close enough to the tideline!!!

We head along the beach and through the dunes towards Cape St Lambert rocks; our Guide will pack a selection of cold beverages and a cheese and dip platter, where we will stop and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and even watch a magical sunset. A must for photography enthusiasts.
