A Unique Half-Day Fishing & Seafood Feast on a Private Tropical Island
We all marvel at how incredible fishing looks on YouTube and TV shows. It seems like all ET has to do is glance at the water, and—voilà—fish magically appear on the deck!
The reality? When conditions aren’t fantastic, even the best anglers struggle. Full-day charters can be challenging, and half-day trips can feel like a gamble. That’s why we’ve designed the perfect compromise: a half-day of targeted fishing in the best conditions available, followed by a big cook-up back on Albany Island.
Between May and September, the strong south-easterly winds make full-day fishing charters challenging and, in some cases, impossible. However, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on an incredible experience!
Our Cook & Catch Fishing Charters are designed to make the most of the best half-day fishing windows available during the quarter moon (neap tides). After an exciting morning or afternoon of fishing, you’ll return to Albany Island, where we’ll cook up your fresh catch and enjoy it with a few cold drinks or a cocktail or two at the bar.What’s Included?
